Update: I originally planned to launch GoEndurance this summer, but I decided against it for a few reasons. 1) I’ve decided to reinvest my time–at the moment–into issues regarding diet and weight loss. 2) I want to add video to GoEndurance, and I’ve decided to spend this summer shooting various tutorials and how-to’s. My name is Frank Beard, and I’m a regular guy who likes to run, cycle, and swim. I help people like me revitalize their lives by adopting an endurance fitness-based lifestyle.
